I chose this hotel for attending a symposium, and Hanza Palace proved to be not only a perfect place to relax and have fun, but also an ideal venue for any type of business events. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for both work and leisure purposes.
The only service that I missed for my work was a 24-hour business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a computer and printer at any time to complete some urgent tasks.

The renovated mansion was stunning, with tasteful decor throughout. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, with excellent English skills. The swimming pool was a highlight, large enough to actually swim in and featuring a warm Jacuzzi. The free bathrobes, slippers, and towels were a nice touch, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant as well, with delicious options and good value for money.
We found the noise levels to be somewhat disruptive, with sounds from nearby roads and villages. The location was a bit isolated, but this was outweighed by the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel itself.

Spent Easter weekend in a renovated mansion with a lovely private garden. the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of food to choose from. the indoor swimming pool was incredible, along with the warm jacuzzi. the location made it easy to visit the nearby castles.
The bedroom was poorly insulated, and the road noise was loud. the hotel was full of families with small children, so it was difficult to relax.

I had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is truly remarkable, nestled in an incredibly serene area of Poland. The surrounding park is perfect for taking a relaxing stroll or letting the kids run around and play. The service here is top-notch, with attentive staff who are always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and immaculate, truly making me feel like I was in a luxurious setting. The swimming pool was a delight, unlike other hotel ponds pretending to be pools. And the dinner in the restaurant was delicious!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable hotel experience. From the serene location to the impeccable service to the delicious food, this venue has it all.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem! the location was perfect for a peaceful break away from the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog along. the gentleman from the restaurant even came to our rescue when our golden retriever jumped into the pond and helped us recover the situation. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to visit again soon!
We felt truly looked after during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
